This great institution was born in 1985 from the dream of a visionary social leader—our Loknete Navi Mumbai Shilpkar Shri Ganeshji Naik Saheb. At a time when quality education was still a dream for many in Navi Mumbai, he laid the foundation of Shramik Shikshan Mandal with one noble mission: to bring education to every home and every child, especially those from project-affected families, Mathadi workers, and underprivileged communities.
What began as R.F. Naik Vidyalaya in 1985 steadily grew into a flourishing educational institution. In 1993, our Junior College was established, offering Arts, Science, and Commerce streams. The journey of growth continued in 2002 with the establishment of F.G. Naik College, providing higher education in Arts, Science, Information Technology, and Commerce.
Today, after more than four decades of dedicated service, our campus at Koparkhairane has become much more than an educational institution—it has become a second home to thousands of students, nurturing generations with knowledge, values, discipline, and a spirit of excellence. It stands as a proud symbol of our founders' vision and our unwavering commitment to shaping responsible citizens and future leaders.

On this Foundation Day, let us take a pledge: We will keep the lamp of knowledge lit by Loknete Ganeshji Naik Saheb burning brighter. We will make Chairman Sir's vision a reality. We will ensure every R.F. Naik child stands tall at the international level, yet stays rooted in our sanskar.
One special thing I would like to share with all of you: Under Chairman Sir's leadership, Sir also started School No. 94, Koparkhairane, Sector-11 on 4th August 2018. It was Sir's first initiative to bring CBSE education to underprivileged students.
